Application: MOLSUGAR™ SAS is primarily used in baked goods, jams, jellies, chewing gum, confectionery products and canned fruits. It is also widely used in diet soft drinks, powdered beverage mixes and fruit juices as a low-calorie sweetening agent. Unlike many other artificial sweeteners, it remains stable at high temperatures, making it suitable for cooked, baked and processed foods without significant loss of sweetness. It is commonly used as a sugar substitute in diet and sugar-free products to help reduce calorie intake and support blood sugar management.
