Application: MOLSUGAR™ CAR is widely used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical formulations as a coloring and flavoring agent. It is commonly incorporated into syrups, oral liquids, beverages, confectionery products and specialty formulations to enhance color, appearance and product acceptability. It is also utilized in formulations requiring high-purity caramel.
